The Forge to host evening with Sarah Clarke this week

A NIGHT with an inspirational writer turned social media star will be held at The Forge later this week.

An evening with Sarah Clarke will be held at the Washington Village restaurant on Thursday, February 27 as The Forge hosts its first ever Instasistas Supper Club.

Sarah, a former London-based writer, launched her successful Disasters of a Thirtysomething blog in 2015, sharing hilarious anecdotes of her trip through her 30s.

After leaving London with her husband in 2017, the couple set off and travelled the world for a year before settling here in the North East where they now live with their young twins, Scout and Kip.

During her travels, Sarah launched #thepeakandpitcollective – a collection of witty stories of highs and lows which has led to an army of Instagram fans who share their own tales and anecdotes.

At The Forge, Sarah will talk about her own personal journey, from life as a writer in the fast-paced London world to her journey to traveller, mother and social media influencer.

The event starts at 7pm and will be a more informal version of the venue’s usual nights and will include a two-course supper, at a cost of £25 per person.
