AYTON Allotments will be welcoming visitors this Saturday as it reveals the winners of its annual growing competition.
The Emerson Road allotments will open its doors between noon and 1.30pm this Saturday, August 22 to display some of the fruit, veg and flowers its plot holders have grown this summer.
There will also be the chance to have a wander around the allotments to see the plots and plot holders at work.
Coffee and cakes will be available to buy, along with some of the holders’ produce.
