THIS year’s Washington Carnival is set to take place on Saturday, September 19, organisers have revealed.
The Community Opportunities team has issued a Save the Date flyer, confirming the popular event will return next month.
Once again, it will be held at Albany Park and run from 10am-4pm – although no further details have been announced.
The popular event is expected to feature the usual mix of music, entertainment and fun for all the family, along with fairground rides, a display by Washington History Society and more.
Further details are due to be revealed in the coming weeks, with all announcements made on the Community Opportunities Youth and Play Facebook page.
