GET INTO THE HALLOWEEN SPIRIT AT STACK VENUES THIS MONTH

SPOOKY season is here – and some of the North East’s leading entertainment hubs are getting into the spirit early with a month of treats for adults and kids alike.

Sunderland’s STACK Seaburn along with STACK Newcastle, St James’ STACK and STACK Middlesbrough have this week launched their Halloween cocktail menu.

And later this month, all venues will be hosting cool Halloween parties for children aged two-seven years to celebrate the event.

The new Halloween cocktail menu has been created in collaboration with Havana Club Rum and takes inspiration from iconic scary movies including Dawn of the Dead, Beetlejuice, Nightmare Before Christmas and Carrie.

These are joined by two special shots – Brains and Vampire Kiss.

Meanwhile, the children’s events will be held at all venues across the half term holiday.

The Techno Tots Halloween Special is a family friendly rave with music, glow sticks, bubbles, dancing and spooky surprises. Fancy dress is encouraged, though not compulsory.

This will be held on Monday, October 26 at St James’ STACK from 11am-12.30pm and STACK Middlesbrough from noon-1.30pm.

The next day, Tuesday October 27, it will be held at STACK Seaburn from noon-1.30pm and STACK Newcastle from 11am-12.30pm.

Later in the week, the popular It’s Good to be Bad events return, featuring spooky discos, themed games and visits from Halloween characters.

This will be held at St James’ on October 29, Middlesbrough on October 30 and both Seaburn and Newcastle on Halloween, October 31.

“Halloween is such a great time of year and something that both adults and children look forward to,” said Chels Morton, marketing manager for sports and events at STACK.

“At STACK we love to fully embrace it and ensure that everyone has a spooktacular time – and this year is no different.

“We can’t wait for people to come along and join in the fun.”

Tickets for all the events are £3.60p per child. For full information, times or to book visit www.stackleisure.com
